Question: My student is not able to log their placement hours. Why is this?
Answer: Students are not able to see their placements fully or log any placement hours until both college and employer have approved it. Check that the college and employer have approved the placement in the approvals tab for work placement and on the Administration page for T Level placements. Remember to save the changes.
