Answer - Please check with them that they are using the following to log in: Using the 'Login using Microsoft/Google' option Using the full college email as their username and their college password to log in. If they have tried to log in incorrectly, they may need to clear their browser history to remove any cookies; that can help. Question: Is there any way that tutors can be changed for the students, as previous staff are still getting notifications after moving roles within the college?
