1. On the student profile *Activity tracking section 
2. Select the two boxes. Do not reset the employer-confirmed placement target hours and Do not reset The student confirmed placement target hours.
3. This will drag the hours through to the second year of a two-year course. Alternatively, you can do this for a whole cohort:
4. Quicklinks * All students 
5. My Students > All students 
6. Filter for cohort * Select students (ticking the top tickbox to select the whole group – if the cohort is more than 50, ensure you select this at the bottom). 
7. Actions * Set Target Hours 
8. Tick the two boxes. Do not reset Employer confirmed placement target hours and Do not reset Student confirmed placement target hours 
9. Save
