Error Messages "Unable to Authenticate" Error Question: I am getting the "Unable to Authenticate Using Microsoft Account" message. 


Answer:

1. Verify the email address is correct. 2. Confirm with MIS that the student account is active. 3. If the account is active, contact IT to rule out any issues. 4. Contact Navigate.
