Adding T Level placements in retrospect.
Steps:
- Enrol students onto their chosen T Level > Student module > student group/tutor/or course > select all > actions > enrol on T level * Go through the steps > Link placement if already set up.
- Back into student module > student group/tutor/or course > select all > actions > add target (add the generic targets to a cohort of learners)
- Back into student module > student group/tutor/or course > select all > actions > set target hours > do not reset employer/student confirmed hours
- Employer module * Ensure the employers for existing placements have the correct compliance dates. * Click into student > click into placement
- Approve any milestones that have already been achieved.
- Add document for any reviews or checklists already completed (name them correctly so they are easy to see on audit trail).
- Employer tab > Ensure placement manager is correct > turn emails on to Work placement co-ordinator and off for employer
- Add the placement start date (this must be bang on) and any further dates that have been completed and confirmed already by the employer.
- Add any new dates to be completed this year too.
- SAVE
- Resend latest attendance email.
- You confirm all previous attendance on behalf of the employer.
- Go back into the employer tab and turn off emails to you and on to the employer.
- Targets tab at top - link the targets you added earlier in bulk.
