Question: Why does my student still show as Placement Live when I've completed their placement.
Answer: There are 2 different sets of statuses, one is for the individual placement, the other is for the student. This is because some students may have to complete multiple placements throughout the duration of the year, so while their individual placement is set to complete the student is still at Placement Required, or Placement active status. One of these statuses is found in the completion tab of the placement, the other is on the student details page.
