How much admin should my employer be doing for a placement?
Answer: Employers need to:
• Complete a Due diligence form,
* Approve the placement by clicking an email link (this can be done on their behalf)
* Confirm attendance by clicking an email link (this can be done on their behalf)
* Provide feedback post placement clicking an email link (not ideal but this can also be done on their behalf)
If the placement is a T Level Placement, there is more required as part of the industry placement process, including 3 reviews.
