The Employer Engagement Module gives college teams a single, clear view of every employer relationship, goal and interaction. This overview explains where it sits within Navigate and the capabilities it provides for managing employer engagement and CRM.

Navigate is a suite of products, trusted by colleges across the country, that empowers learners and staff to record, manage, evidence and report on all non-academic activity and skills development. It provides an engaging, easy-to-use student site and a powerful, intuitive task management site for staff. Navigate is modular in nature and designed to work in harmony with existing college systems.

Reporting and MIS data

Navigate audits and manages every activity and process associated with the delivery of non-academic activities. Through Microsoft Power BI, college teams can run reports straight from Navigate for management reporting, Ofsted inspections and funding. Staff can also access full task management dashboards to ensure effective completion and team collaboration. In addition, MIS teams are provided with a full suite of Azure SQL data tables that feed live data straight into existing college systems.

Your Navigate account team

  • Emma Berriman, Regional Account Manager — ongoing account management to key stakeholders: creating and project managing implementation, delivering the site build, configurations and college branding, working with MIS to build data links, and scheduling and managing account management meetings.
  • Emmanuel Dadey, National Training Manager — ongoing training to staff users: building and managing the training plan with key stakeholders, delivering on-site and online training, and creating bespoke training materials.
  • Ellie Henstridge, Account Support Specialist — ongoing support to users: on-demand phone and email support, Teams chat for staff queries during working hours, daily live refresher training sessions via Zoom, and supporting staff to access content through the Navigate knowledge base.
  • Jude Flatley, Account Consultant — ongoing consultancy to senior stakeholder teams: identifying strategic aims and objectives, supporting the creation of college-wide implementation plans, and supporting managers to engage staff and students and build Navigate data into SAR and Ofsted data reports.
