Navigate Release Notes v7.1.36 (October 2025)

Release notes for Navigate Sprint 7.1.36 (30/10/25), introducing two new standalone reports in the Report Module: the Target Tracking report and the Activity vs Target Hours Tracking report.

1. Addition of a Target Tracking report

The Target Tracking report has been added as a standalone report in the Report Module. This report shows both the cumulative target data for each student and the progress of each individual target. The data can be filtered by all allocated attributes and EHCP students, for colleges using the Navigate Digital EHCP.

Please note: Report data is not live; it is updated overnight.

How to use it:

1. Filter by Current, previous, or future Academic Year.
2. Filter by Attribute data or EHCP status.
3. Click on the bars in Target Status to filter data by Target Status.
4. Click on the bars in Target Type to filter by Target Type.
5. The data alters to show the data for the filtered group.

The report includes two data grids:

• Top Data Grid: An overview of each student's target data, split by status. A total of the activities and hours linked to targets is included.
• Bottom Data Grid: Detailed information on each target, including a link to the target. Data includes the target owner, source, status, and activities and hours allocated to it.

Hover over the top right of each data grid to export the data to Excel.

2. Addition of an Activity vs Target Hours Tracking report

The Activity vs Target Hours Tracking report has been added as a standalone report in the Report Module. This report shows the target hours for Enrichment, Employer Engagement, and Confirmed Placement Hours, and the actual hours recorded against each target. Target hours are added to students via the Activity Tracking panel (see "How to bulk add Activity Target hours"). The data can be filtered by all allocated attributes and EHCP students for colleges using the EHCP Module.

Please note: Report data is not live; it is updated overnight.

How to use it:

1. Filter by Attribute data or EHCP status.
2. Filter by Target Types, if required.
3. Targets Overview data displays headline data; hover over the top right of the data grid to export the data to Excel via 'More options'.
4. Click on the 'Target Status' pie chart to filter the data tables for 'Targets Set', 'Targets Not Set', or 'Targets Achieved'.

Target Hours Student Data Grid: This provides an overview of each student's annual target data for Employer Engagement, Enrichment, and Confirmed Placement Hours, and the actual hours recorded for each target. Hover over the top right of each data grid to export the data to Excel.
