Release Notes: Sprint 7.1.35 (September 2025)

Release notes for Navigate sprint 7.1.35, dated 8 October 2025. This release updates job profile data, improves the T Level agreement form, and extends several SQL exports for MIS reporting.

1. Updated Indigo Trotman data and job profiles

Indigo Trotman have added many new job profiles to the My Future Career Quiz to reflect the ever-changing job market. Updated salaries, LMI and associated data have also been updated.

2. Improved accessibility and visibility on the T Level agreement form

In the T Level placement agreement, the hyperlink now shows in blue and the tick box is more visible. This improves the user experience and accessibility for all, especially when viewing on mobile phones.

3. Placements Export extended with new columns

Two new data fields have been added to the [Export_WorkPlacementsAggregated] SQL table for MIS to report on placements:

  • CurrentYear_EmployerConfirmedPlacementHoursTarget - the Employer Confirmed Placement Hours target set in the Activity Tracking panel of the student record.
  • CurrentYear_StudentConfirmedPlacementHoursTarget - the Student Confirmed Placement Hours target set in the Activity Tracking panel of the student record.

4. Targets Export extended with new columns

Three new data fields have been added to the [Export_TargetsDetailed] SQL table for MIS to report on targets:

  • DateCreated - the date the target was created.
  • DateUpdated - the date the target was last amended by staff or student.
  • TargetSource - whether the target was created by a tutor or student.

5. Placement listing on Employer now includes new status groupings

We have extended the employer record to display three more placement statuses for a clearer overview of placement activity against the employer:

  • Placement request awaiting approval - employer/student/parent (approved by college).
  • Completed placement requires more information.
  • Completed placement rejected.
