Go to login.navigate.uk.com
1. Open Quick Links Menu
Once logged in, click on the 'Quick Links' menu.

2. Select Search for a Student
Click in the 'Search for a Student' box.

3. Enter Student Name
Enter the student's first name to filter the search results.

4. Select Student from List
Select the specific student from the search results to open their profile.

5. Select Activities and Placement Journal Entries
Click on 'Activities and Placement Journal Entries' to view and manage the student's activities.

6. Click Add Activity
Click on Add Activity.

7. Add Activity Name
Add the activity name.

8. Add Date of Activity
Click the 'Date of Activity' box to select the date when the activity took place.

9. Select Activity Description
Select the activity description from the dropdown list.

10. Choose Activity Category
Choose from the list of activity descriptions or search in the search box.

11. Add Skills Developed
Select skills you expect the student to develop during this activity.

12. Toggle Activity Visibility
You can select multiple skills for the skills developed.

13. Hide Activity From Student
Click "Hide activity from student timeline" if you do not want the activity to display on the student timeline.

14. Add activity duration
Enter the number of hours the student spent on the activity.

15. Add Activity Entry
Click the 'Add' button to save the new activity to the student's record.

16. View Added Activity
You can now see the newly added activity at the top of the student's list of activities
