Navigate is a space for learners and staff to record all enrichment and employer activities, skills, placements and targets they are proud of. They can then use this information to help them complete application forms or personal statements, recognise and celebrate strengths and abilities for interviews and continue to add to this bank of 'their best bits' for the rest of their life.
