1. Once logged in, click into the 'Reports' module. Some headlining statistics will appear on the homepage including how many activities have been completed in the last 30 days.
2. The report that you'll be interested in is the Activities report.
3. The reports allow you to filter by activity date and also by tutor group, department, course, campus, so you can drill down to the specific group of students that you're looking for.
4. The data at the top of the report shows you how many enrichment activities have been recorded against how many students across a total of how many hours. This data is then repeated on the right for all of your employer engagement activities.
5. At the very top, you can see the split between how many enrichment and employer engagement activities have been recorded.
6. You can see how many activities have been added per type. Clicking on a section will bring up the data in the other fields.
7. This report has two grids - the one of the left shows you one row per learner and an accumulative count up of all of their activities. Clicking on Open Record will allow you to go into into the student's record and see their activities in more detail.
8. The grid at the bottom shows you one row per activity, showing you all of the details of each activity. The grids can be exported into an Excel file - to do this, hover your mouse over the top right hand corner of the grid, click More Options and Export Data.
