1. Introduction
If the employer has not been confirming the student's placement attendance. You can choose to resend the attendance emails to, 1. The employer, 2. Yourself, to confirm on the employer's behalf.

2. Using the Quick Links Menu
Once logged in, click on quick links to access placements.

3. Search For a Placement
In the search bar, search for the placement in the Search for a placement box. You can do this by typing in the student name or the employer organisation name.

4. Choose Placement from Results
Select the placement from the dropdown. This will open up the placement record.

5. Click on Employer Tab
Click the employer tab to view employer details for the selected placement.

6. Select Email Sending Option
You will see four check boxes and four buttons that will allow you to control the automatic emails that are sent out from the platform.

7. Send Emails to Work Placement Manager
Use the checkboxes to select who you would like to resend the attendance email to send emails to the work placement manager. Selecting this option means you want to resend the attendance emails to the employer. Contact listed above.

8. Send Emails to Placement Coordinator
Send emails to the work placement coordinator. Selecting this option means you want to send these emails to the work placement coordinator. At the college responsible for this placement instead. This member of staff will be confirming the student's placement attendance on the employer's behalf.

9. Save Changes
Once you've selected who will be receiving the attendance emails. scroll to the top of the placement record and click save.

10. Resend Attendance Confirmation Email
To resend the attendance email. Scroll back down to the employer work placement manager panel. and click on the resend latest attendance confirmation email button.

11. Confirm Resend Action
Click yes to confirm that you want to resend the attendance confirmation email.

12. Save Changes
Once completed, scroll to the top of the placement record and click 'save'.

13. Open Audit Trail
click audit trail to review the history of changes and actions taken on this placement.

14. View Specific Audit Entry
You can view the record of the recent attendance confirmation email here.
