Overview of the 'My Placements' module

00:00: This tutorial will guide you through the my placements module.

00:03: Showing you how to log in. Access your placements Confirm attendance

00:08: Complete the journal. And submit your placement as complete.

00:01: Login using your Microsoft or Google credentials.

00:05: Scroll down to the my placements panel on the homepage dashboard.

00:09: Click on see

00:12: You will now be able to see all your placements.

00:15: In the placement panel You will see a task list.

00:19: This allows you to complete important tasks associated with your placement.

00:23: Including checking and editing your placement details Completing your placement

00:27: checklist. Adding journal entries and completing your feedback once

00:31: placement has been completed.

00:34: You can see the placement stage on the top right of the placement panel.

00:38: In the searching stage you are required to add details of a placement that you have found.

00:42: And submitted to a member of staff for review.

00:46: Once submitted the placement moves into the pending stage.

00:49: At this stage the member of staff and the employer.

00:52: Must approve or reject the placement.

00:55: When the status is active the placement has begun.

00:58: You must now confirm your placement attendance by completing your journal entries.

01:04: At the completed and awaiting sign-off stage.

01:06: The placement has finished. You must now complete your post-placement checklist.

01:11: And provide feedback about the placement and the support you received from your employer

01:15: and the college.

01:17: Once completed click submit placement is complete.

01:21: To finalise and submit your placement record.

01:25: You have successfully navigated through the my placements module.

01:29: Confirmed your attendance. Completed the journal.

01:32: And submitted your placement as complete.

Go to login.navigate.uk.com

1. Click "Login using Microsoft or Google"

2. Scroll Down to Placements Panel

4. View all your placements

You will now be able to see all your placements.

5. Your Placement Tasks

In the placement panel You will see a task list. This allows you to complete important tasks associated with your placement. Including checking and editing your placement details Completing your placement checklist. Adding journal entries and completing your feedback once placement has been completed.

6. Searching Stage.

You can see the placement stage on the top right of the placement panel. In the searching stage you are required to add details of a placement that you have found. And submitted to a member of staff for review.

7. Pending, awaiting approval

Once submitted the placement moves into the pending stage. At this stage the member of staff and the employer. Must approve or reject the placement.

8. Active Status

When the status is active the placement has begun. You must now confirm your placement attendance by completing your journal entries.

9. Completed, Awaiting sign off

At the completed and awaiting sign-off stage. The placement has finished. You must now complete your post-placement checklist. And provide feedback about the placement and the support you received from your employer and the college.

10. Submit Placement as complete.

Once completed click submit placement is complete. To finalise and submit your placement record.
