Release notes for Navigate Sprint 7.1.31, released 6 May 2025.

1. Bulk resend Employer Placement Approval emails
You can now resend Employer Placement Approval emails as a bulk action from the placement module:
- Go to the Placement module.
- Click Pending - awaiting employer approval.
- Select the placements you wish to resend the Employer Approval Request to.
- Click Actions > Resend Employer Approval Request.
Where necessary, you will be alerted to any errors (e.g. where placements are not at the correct status, or the placement is set not to send emails).
2. Feedback notes on the Target Sign Off page
You can now leave feedback when signing off a target submitted by a student:
- Click into Targets requiring sign off.
- Click into the target.
- Sign off the target.
- Leave feedback if applicable.
The student can view any feedback given in their completed targets.
3. CV download now includes links to feedback
The 'Download CV Data' option, available in the student's profile, now shows data in plain text for all formatting options so it is easier to read.
- Hyperlinks are converted to plain text URLs to maintain formatting.
- Irrelevant columns have been removed from the Placement Details section.
- Student and employer placement feedback display as hyperlinks.
4. Full-width Timeline on the Student site
We have extended the timeline to full width on the page view.
5. Extended Rich Text Editor in Description boxes
We have extended the formatting features available in the Description box when adding an activity, a target, or a placement journal entry. This includes new text sizes and fonts.
6. Task Accountable user logic in the T Level Placement Administration dashboard
When a T Level Placement is reassigned to a new Placement Coordinator, any uncompleted tasks listed in both the 'Tasks to be completed by' and 'Accountable for monitoring task completion' columns will now be reassigned to the new coordinator. Where these have previously been assigned to a member of staff other than the coordinator, the assignment will remain unchanged. Completed tasks at the time of reassignment will remain unchanged.
7. Save prompts on Targets
A visual warning prompt now ensures students cannot move away from the Target page without saving any changes they have made.
8. Sign off/reject buttons disabled on completed targets
Previously, when a target was in the Completed status, the 'Sign Off' and 'Reject' buttons were still visible. These buttons have now been removed from completed targets.
9. Target hours added to the Activities export
The SQL [Export_ActivitiesAggregated] table exported to college MIS will now include the target hours set for Enrichment and Employer Engagement for each student. This provides the data needed to track progress against targets set for the year in a student's 'Activity Tracking' panel.
10. Updated Students Without Placements report
The Students Without Placements report has now been broken out to show:
- Students with no placements.
- Students with awaiting-details placements.
11. Bug fix: Milestones reporting incorrectly on MIS SQL tables
This bug affected the Milestone column of the WorkPlacementsDetailed MIS table. It has been fixed and all milestones are now reporting correctly.
