How to: Add an activity against a student and link it to an EHCP outcome

1. Once logged in, use the Quick Links button at the top of the screen to search for a student by name or by number.

2. You are now in the Student Record, a one-page view of all of the student's Navigate data. 

3. Scroll down to the Activities panel and click Add Activity.

4. Fill in the fields in the form, adding in a name, date, type, number of hours, description of the activity, and any relevant photos, videos or documents.

5. Under Activity contributes to targets?, click the target you'd like to link this activity to. You can easily identify which targets are EHCP targets by looking for the little green heart icons. 

6 Click Add to save the activity.
