1. Once logged in, click into the 'Placements' module.

2. By default, this dashboard will show you data about any placements that you are managing. You can filter the data that is displayed on the page by using the 'WEXP coordinator' and 'Department' drop-down filters.

3. Clicking ‘See all’ will take you to a grid view of the placements taking place across the college.

4. You can filter the grid to view placements by Tutor, WEXP coordinator, Department, Placement Status, Approval Outstanding, Target Date Due, and Employer Compliance status.

5. You will now see those placements that have been selected by the filtering you have applied.

6. You can choose the number of placements to view on this grid page by scrolling to the bottom of the grid and using the drop-down.

7. For each placement, you can see the Planned hours, Scheduled hours, Scheduled hours to date, Student confirmed hours to date, and Employer confirmed hours to date. If you cannot view all of the columns – particularly the ‘student confirmed hours’ columnyou may have to maximise your browser window

8. To sort the number of hours students have been recording against each placement, simply click on the column header 'Student confirmed hours to date'. This will sort the grid in ascending value. You can now easily see how the student confirmed hours compare to the scheduled to date hours.

9. You can also use the filter function by clicking on the filter icon in the column heading.

10. Clicking into a placement in the grid will take you to the placement record. You can see all the details of the placement including any placement journal entries that the student has recorded.
