1. Once logged in, click into the 'Reports' module. Some headlining statistics will appear on the homepage including how many pieces of student and employer feedback have been recieved in the last 30 days.

2. The reports that you'll be interested in are the Employer Feedback report and the Student Feedback report.

3. The reports allow you to filter by feedback date and also by tutor group, department, course, campus, so you can drill down to the specific group of students that you're looking for.

4. At the top of the report, you can see how many pieces of employer or students feedback have been received.

5. The two reports are almost identical - the only difference is the questions because the student and employer feedback forms have slightly different questions.

6. Clicking on a section of the pie chart will display all of the data in the grid below.

7. The grid shows you one row per feedback form. Clicking on Open Record will allow you to go into the student's record and view their placement in more detail.

8. Hovering your mouse over a row in the grid will bring the feedback form up so you can see the rest of the form.

9. This data can be exported into an Excel file - to do this, hover your mouse over the top right hand corner of the grid, click More Options and Export Data.
