1. Once logged in, click into the 'Reports' module. Some headlining statistics will appear on the homepage including how many assessments have been completed in the last 30 days.

2. The three reports that you'll be interested in are the Starting Point report, the Distance Travelled report and the Assessment Completion report.

3. The reports allow you to filter by date of assessment completion and also by tutor group, department, course, campus, so you can drill down to the specific group of students that you're looking for.

Starting Point:

4. The report allows you to filter by section of the assessment, or filter by assessment if your site has more than one. It also shows you how many first assessments have been taken.

5. The bar chart shows you which skills your students are scoring the highest on and which skills may need some improvement.

6. The grid allows you to see each student's assessment score per skill, meaning you can identify those students struggling with specific skills.

7. You can open up the student's record by clicking on Open Record to view their results as a whole.

Distance Travelled:

8. This report is almost exactly the same, except for the extra bar of data in the graph. The graph now shows you both the overall score for the initial assessment taken as well as the most recent assessment taken.

9. The grid below will also show the difference per student per skill from their initial assessment to their most recent.

10. You can export any of this data into an Excel file by hovering your mouse over the top right hand corner of the grid, clicking More Options and Export Data.

Assessment Completion:

11. This report shows you all of the students who have or have not completed an assessment. This data is also displayed in the pie chart.

12. The grid shows you one row per learner and whether they have taken an assessment or not.
